Amaya Lasanthi Wijesinghe
Engineering mentor, Negombo
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Atlas Youth Network
- Since 2015
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Atlas Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Amaya
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
