Amanuel Gebre Worku

Choir director and singer

  • 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
  • Addis Ababa Beacon Orchestra
  • 1982 to 2005
  • English
I'm a musician from Addis Ababa. I've toured a little, taught a lot and played at more weddings than I can count. I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm always reading two books at once.

More about Amanuel

I wrote my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
