Amanuel Gashaw Kahsay
Small business mentor, Hawassa
- 🇪🇹 Hawassa, Sidama, Ethiopia
- Hawassa Community Trust
- 2014 to 2024
- English, Amharic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 410 people through Hawassa Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Amanuel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Amanuel: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
