For 29 years I have been the English literature teacher at Kikuyu Technical College. I teach Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Amani
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Amani: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
