Helping people break into leadership
- 🇧🇷 Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil
- Rosewood Youth Network
- 1987 to 1998
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 310 people through Rosewood Youth Network.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Amanda
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
