I've worked in welding since 1980. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 1,840 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I answer every message, eventually.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Amanda
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
