For 17 years I've run the swimming program at Zagazig Athletic Club in Zagazig. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Amal: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
