Amal Basma Bouzid

Mentor in leadership and engineering

🇸🇦 Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Jeddah Mentoring Circle
Since 2017
English, Arabic

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 520 people through Jeddah Mentoring Circle. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Amal

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Amal: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
