Amaka Fatima Balogun
Coached gymnastics for 42 years in Kano
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Crescent Boxing Gym
- Since 1984
- English, Hausa
I've coached gymnastics at Crescent Boxing Gym since 1984. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Amaka
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Amaka: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
