I taught biology at Cedar Grove Public School in Kano from 1989 to 2018. Most days I taught first-year students, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

What gifts mean to Amaka: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
