Ama Araba Nti

Engineering mentor, Accra

🇬🇭 Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana
Accra Association
Since 2005
English, Twi

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Accra Association. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Ama

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
