I taught history at Mount Pleasant Academy in Akron from 1978 to 2015. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Alyssa
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me history in 2024 at Mount Pleasant Academy. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays. Greetings from Kozhikode.
