I've coached rugby at Zaporizhzhia Baobab Football Club since 2012. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
