I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes graphic design. My first show was in 1999 at Little Sunrise Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the river near my house. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Alvin
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Alvin: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
