Álvaro R. Vásquez
Helping people break into nursing
- 🇲🇽 León, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Cedar Grove Learning Hub
- Since 2007
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 420 people through Cedar Grove Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Álvaro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
