Álvaro R. Mendoza
Mentor in farming and recovery
- 🇺🇸 Akron, Ohio, United States
- Akron Association
- 1997 to 2016
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 970 people through Akron Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Álvaro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
