Álvaro P. Castillo
Teaching mentor, Cartagena
- 🇨🇴 Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia
- Atlas Learning Hub
- 1992 to 2008
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Atlas Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Álvaro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Álvaro: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
