I'm a mentor in farming. I spent my career as a postal worker and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Álvaro
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Álvaro: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
