Álvaro D. Duarte
Teacher at Queensway Grammar School, loves art
- 🇺🇸 Columbus, Ohio, United States
- Queensway Grammar School
- Since 2004
- English, Spanish
I teach art at Queensway Grammar School in Columbus since 2004. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I play music while people worked.
Over the years I've had 1,170 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Álvaro
If you were in my the final-year class class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.

What gifts mean to Álvaro: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
