I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,320 people through Starlight Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.
What gifts mean to Alok: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first trades job in 2014. I still have your notes.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
