Helping people break into trades
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Brookfield Mentoring Circle
- Since 1981
- English, Amharic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,440 people through Brookfield Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
