Alma Klara Hellström
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇸🇪 Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden
- Liberty Sports Club
- 2015 to 2024
- English, Swedish
I coached boxing at Liberty Sports Club from 2015 to 2024. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Alma
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Alma: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
