Allison M. Peterson
Mentor in teaching and leadership
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose Association
- Since 2013
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 290 people through San Jose Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Allison
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Allison: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
