Allison Bowman
First-generation students mentor, Birmingham
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Highland Mentoring Circle
- Since 2013
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 460 people through Highland Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
