Helping people break into careers
- 🇵🇭 Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
- Cebu City Community Trust
- 1988 to 2023
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,000 people through Cebu City Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Allan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Allan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
