Allan K. Pineda
Engineering mentor, Québec
- 🇨🇦 Québec, Quebec, Canada
- Crescent Youth Network
- Since 1989
- English, Filipino
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,180 people through Crescent Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Allan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
