I got into watercolor as a hobby and somewhere along the way it became the thing I do every day.
Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Alka
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.

What gifts mean to Alka: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
