Alina Natalia Kovalenko
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇷🇺 Moscow, Moscow, Russia
- Moscow Football Club
- 1988 to 2023
- English, Russian
For 35 years I ran the chess program at Moscow Football Club in Moscow. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Alina
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
