Alina Anastasia Sokolov
Leadership mentor, Kyiv
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Baobab Learning Hub
- 2015 to 2023
- English
For eight years I've mentored people in leadership and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I learned every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Alina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Alina: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
