Alice W. Stone
Master of carpentry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
- Old Maple Ridge Shop
- 1994 to 2014
- English
I've worked in carpentry from 1994 to 2014. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 460 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Alice
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
