Helping people break into small business
- 🇺🇸 Sacramento, California, United States

For nine years I've mentored people in small business and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Alice
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Alice: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
