Alice H. Bishop
Master of auto repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Southampton, England, United Kingdom
- Southampton Works
- Since 2000
- English
I've worked in auto repair since 2000. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 550 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Alice
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Alice: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
