Alice Foster
Helping people break into recovery
- 🇺🇸 Worcester, Massachusetts, United States
- Lincoln Community Trust
- Since 1978
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,210 people through Lincoln Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Alice
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Alice: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
