Helping people break into small business

I'm a mentor in small business. I spent my career as a nurse and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Alice
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
