Alice A. Hopkins
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
- The Mount Pleasant Workshop
- 1982 to 1994
- English
My trade is tiling. I opened my own shop in 1982 in Laredo and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

What gifts mean to Alice: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
