I'm a sculpture artist based in Cairo. I've been making things since 1982 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I also teach a weekly class at Cairo Gallery, which keeps me honest.
What gifts mean to Ali: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
