Mentor in software and first-generation students
- 🇹🇷 Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Redwood Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ali
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
