Ali Faisal Shaker

Teacher at Maple Ridge Middle School, loves geography

🇸🇦 Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
2012 to 2021
English, French

I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Over the years I had 520 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Ali

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

Subjects taught

Geography Chemistry

What gifts mean to Ali: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
