Alexei Timur Kovalev
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
- Saint Petersburg Shop
- 2007 to 2022
- English
My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2007 in Saint Petersburg and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
More about Alexei
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Alexei: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
