My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 1982 in Yekaterinburg and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
More about Alexei
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Alexei: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
