Alexei Konstantin Maksimov
Design mentor, Lviv
- 🇺🇦 Lviv, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine
- 1979 to 2006
- English, Russian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Lviv Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
What gifts mean to Alexei: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
