Helping people break into leadership
- 🇷🇴 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania
- Orchid Foundation
- Since 2007
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Orchid Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I make terrible puns.
Thank you for stopping by.
