Helping people break into engineering
- 🇧🇷 Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará, Brazil
- Juazeiro do Norte Mentoring Circle
- Since 1989
- English, Portuguese
For 37 years I've mentored people in engineering and trades. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Alexandre
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
