I've coached rugby at Rio de Janeiro Athletic Club since 1979. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Alexandre
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Alexandre: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
