20 years teaching mathematics in San Diego

For 25 years I was the mathematics teacher at Summit Academy. I taught Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Alexandra
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Alexandra: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me mathematics in 2001 at Summit Academy. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
