Alexandra F. Watkins

First-generation students mentor, Hialeah

  • 🇺🇸 Hialeah, Florida, United States
  • St. Joseph's Youth Network
  • Since 1985
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,340 people through St. Joseph's Youth Network. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Alexandra

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
