I'm a mentor in finance. I've spent my career as a farmhand and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Alexandra
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Alexandra: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
