Alexandra Carmen Zamfir
Mathematics and computer science teacher, Cluj-Napoca
- 🇷🇴 Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania
- Queensway Girls' School
- 1999 to 2016
- English, Romanian
For 17 years I was the mathematics teacher at Queensway Girls' School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Alexandra
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you taught me mathematics in 2009 at Queensway Girls' School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
