I'm a ceramics artist based in San Diego. I've been making things from 1979 to 2002 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by the river near my house. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Alexander
I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Alexander: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
