Mentor in software and leadership

I'm a mentor in software. I spent my career as an accountant and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Alexa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
